I doordash and come here about 6 times a day, great atmosphere and very welcoming
Twice in a row I have visited and they were out of chicken and beef along with other stuff 2-3 hours before close. The place is... always clean, chairs are always to the side or on the table as to not invite us to sit. Nothing on the workers, this is allmanagement. Read more

A nice place to be to listen to the managers scrolling their employees. I literally sat here eating my lunch with two managers... give an employee a ?corrective action? for something that he did or didn?t do. Don?t they have an office in the back to do this?Why do they have to write someone in the middle of the dinner with customers present, and to make it worse, this lady managerwith glasses, can she get any louder?! I?m a manager myself, with many employees under my supervision, I never write someone upin front of other people, except for another manager, but when we do it, it happens behind closed doors. Tasted old , rice was hard. In my opinion they prep to much food that?s why it?s not tasting chipotle fresh. Salad dressing was... thick not the usual thickness. Read more
I've been using the Chipotle mobile app to order delivery from here for 3 months now. They deliver using Doordash. While the... food has been consistently good, Doordash is not. Here are 3 reasons why: 1. They're always at least 15-30 minutes late 2. Bythe time it's at my door, the food is no longer warm 3. One time, within 2 weeks ago, I pick up the delivery bag - and a bowlfalls out the bottom to the ground. Turns out the bag is ripped & wet and both bowls are crushed (see pictures). While I canunderstand increased demand due to the pandemic, it should not mean a sacrifice of quality control. Doordash needs to take along, hard look at what their drivers are doing. My bad experiences with them are not limited to Chipotle, they've screwed upwith deliveries from other restaurants as well. Chipotle, please hold the Doordash drivers accountable for keeping thedelivered food above par. A little goes a long way. Thank you! UPDATE 2020-06-30: A few days after this review, I'm about toorder only to find they refuse to deliver to my address anymore. The app auto-rejects it. Hah, some "customer service." I got two bowls & my total was almost $50. I looked at the receipt and was overcharged for stuff I did not ask for. I told the... workers and she gave me $5 back yet it was supposed to be more. So, I got my whole refund back. Would not recommend thislocation! Read more
