We love the place as an entertainment center for our kids vs the value and convenience it has provided over the years. However,... there?s tons of room to improve like employee training and game revamping but otherwise they?re pretty clean etc. Salad barprice has also skyrocket. From $5 to $15 lol. Read more
The pizza was very delicious, and the employee at the front of house was very courtious. I went on a Thursday school day around... 5pm and there was not too many people. My main complaint is that they nickel and dime you, and overall the prices are a bithigh, but now a days everything is getting more expensive. They have a good selection of modern games and all of the games wereworking. A nit pick is that some games cost 2.8 points, 3.8 points, why not just have even numbers? Overall very satisfied. Kids love this place. This restaurant really isn't about the food, it's about the kids just having fun. If you want a salad... you have to buy it ONLY for yourself, they hate it when you share it. I didn't see chucky coming out every 30 minutes while wewere there. Anyway, this is great place for birthday celebration. Read more
My nephew had been invited to a birthday party there, (mind you he?a 2) and is a mixed child and not only me but multiple... parents at the party were very upset over the mouse was giving everyone hugs and high five EXCEPT my nephew and when we told themouse he skipped him (even the worker told him he missed him) and my nephew tried to give him a hug the mouse shook his fingerno and denied him and made him and my sister cry. Always had a good experience coming here !! Before and after covid never had any issues. Had a birthday party here and had good... service !! Will be back again !! Facility is always clean and salad bar as well. Pizza is always hot and fresh and beer is cold!! Kids have a Blast and employees are always very helpful. Just ordered through Uber and I remember eating chucky cheese pizza and it tasting so good, which is why I was excited that they... were on Uber. Anyhow, the pizza was old. The cheese was tough and it was very hard to separate the slices, like it had beensitting for hours. I was ver disappointed and expected more from chuck's. I ate it anyways because I paid for it but it suckedbad lol. Maybe they shouldn't deliver lol. Wish I had just ordered something else. Didn't expect such low quality for a 25bucks pizza. It was tough to eat, literally. I doubt it was made fresh, and iam thinking they had this pie laying around andneeded it gone to not waste it, I dunno. I was really hoping I could order my pizza here long time but I can't. Won't wasteanother dollar oh and the protrction sticker was broken, and i doubt the driver did that lol Read more
