I didn't know that I would go to Dairy Queen and be harassed by the Hispanic leaf lower that blew grass in my car while my... window was down. I only do drive thru. So the atmosphere is family oriented and group gathering prospectively. I love the varieties of good food... that never bores me and soft serve heaven when it comes to ice cream treats. They take as long as usual to give you the comfortthat they focus on an order at a time and much requirement whatever that takes goes into food preparation that makes you feelimportant. And I go with a budget and a will to please them and they interrupt me each time with empathetic hurrying me along soI never regret and I am never nervous of them closing down. I believe this is a franchise store and not corporate so that would explain the poor customer service and overall lack of... company standards and expectations. You won't get your blizzard upside down, and be sure to double check your order after youleave because 90% of the time it isn't right probably due to the crappy microphone and speaker in the drive thru. This is thecase even if you repeat your order multiple times. Couldn't tell you the operating hours or restaurant hours because they seemto make them up as you go locking the front door well before they should close. Quality is sub par, sloppy, and inconsistent.They love to overstuff your bags with too many items instead of giving you more than 1 which leads to bag tears and rips and youcan guarantee you will never get napkins. Also the parking lot at night is very very dark and unlit and feels very rapey alsoriddled with potholes. Read more
