Needed delivered 5 min from the store. Placed the order at 5:30 on a Wednesday and received our cold pizza, wings, and bread at... 7:39. I UNDERSTAND things happen, but had anyone communicated or showed some kind of empathy when we called at the 1.5hr mark,I?d feel less likely to leave negative feedback. Maybe consider a notification of delayed or longer than normal delivery timeswhen the delivery order is placed. I would?ve just picked it up myself. Read more
I tried calling over the phone to order they continuously sent me to pay through a automated automated system. It was a tedious... process they were going to charge me 141 for 7 pizza. Pizza Hut charged me 75 for seven pizzas including a $50 discount. Read more
We waited a total of 1 hr for our first order only for it to be missing a sprite and a pizza we didnt order it was old and very... dry and burnt the other was old and tasted horrible. We called the store for a refund and replaced the order for the sprite andpizza told us they would remake it we waited 2 ½ hours for it which by 11:30 it was still not at the house we kept waiting butthey didnt not show up we never got our order no call back nothing. they also never seemed to concerned when we called them backin the morning in concern. I live 5 houses behind this dominoes as ndvir took thr friver20 plus minutes to get to my house after leaving the store .when... finally got to my home it was pizza was totally cold.so I called and the manager said there's no way it could've beencold.really you have a customer calling you and you re pretty much calling me a liar wow.this is the worst domino's ever everdealt with poor poor management Read more
This store never opens...never answers....delivery guy throwing pizzas inside his vehicle when he is delivering yalls pizza.... Just sick of this place never being stable. They never have delivery drivers....always cancel orders ....just close your damdoors already! Read more
Let's start with I live within 5 min of this location. Today was a 3rd instance in the last 3 times I tried to order from... Domino's that delivery was extremely long. This time I couldn't wait anymore and requested a refund. I have waited over an hourand would call the store to be re-assured my delivery was close only to wait another hour. Meanwhile the tracker system wouldshow delivery with the time estimated. Domino's should fix this so the customer says when they received the delivery not allowthe stores or drivers to falsify times like drive throughs that ask you to pull up so they can get to the next customer, just toask them to pull up also. I do like the pizza and think they offer better other options but this service and customer servicefrom the store has me deleting my account and the app. Read more
Typically we have a great experience. We have ordered plenty of times and our food is always perfect. Today 3/1/21 they gave us... an old pepperoni thin pizza. Unfortunately we didn?t see it until we decided to grab a slice, by this time the kids had alreadyate about 1/2 the pizza maybe less. I called about 3 times and the store never answered the first time it kept me on hold for15min. I finally decided to drive to the store when I arrived I showed them the pizza and explained the situation as politely aspossible. The first thing the girl said was, well it?s half eaten. She was a bit rude despite the pizza being old and extremelythin, thin to the point we couldn?t grab it off the box, we had ordered hand tossed. Thankfully they decided to make us a newone. Our pizza was ordered at 7:37pm it is now 8:56pm we are outside the store waiting for the new pizza. So overall quality offood is great. Delivery guys are nice and respectful. Customer service, phone and in store definitely do not recommend. When wefinally received the new pizza it was better but this time almost no cheese and sauce. Read more
Said they would deliver 30-40 minutes and after they took 2 hours, I called to cancel and when I asked if there?s a way I can... get my coupon back since I?m basically not using it because of them the girl on the phone response was ?I don?t know anythingabout how the coupons work? while telling her coworker that I?m canceling my order.
