The employees at the Red Bluff location in Pasadena was in the back of the restaurant. We sat in the drive through for about 5... minutes. We saw them moving around in the restaurant but, told us give them a minute to get our order. We finally placed ourorder, drove off only to realize they got the order wrong. We went back and got what we ordered this time however, the servicewas less than stellar. They need to be trained on better customer service! Read more

First time trying this place and the last. The girl at the drive thru was rude, huffing, sighing as we ordered. Then swings the... bag of food in our window which wasn't necessary. The food itself is pretty good. Read more
