The employees at the Red Bluff location in Pasadena was in the back of the restaurant. We sat in the drive through for about 5... minutes. We saw them moving around in the restaurant but, told us give them a minute to get our order. We finally placed ourorder, drove off only to realize they got the order wrong. We went back and got what we ordered this time however, the servicewas less than stellar. They need to be trained on better customer service! Read more

Terrible. Took 20 minutes to get my food with nobody in the line behind me. Also completely forgot my mashed potatoes. Seems... like the employees are playing and not working. UPDATE: Tried calling the managers number many times and even left a voicemail.Never heard a thing. Read more

The food here is hit or miss. Their fried shrimp is great, but I?m not a big fan of their shrimp fried rice. Most of the sides... are decent too. Good for big groups but not always ideal. Seats and tables are always clean, as are the restrooms. For theprice-point, they?re probably better value than most fast food joints that serve seafood. Read more
