This is seriously the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. I get it, it?s McDonald?s, but come on! The young man... working the drive-thru window can?t even be bothered to say one word to customers and doesn?t even greet them. Having a bad dayis understandable, but treating people this badly is just pitiful and ridiculous. They constantly forget stuff too. I ordered ameal and a drink and they just gave me the drink and thought that was fine when I literally just paid for an entire meal. Idon?t know what?s wrong with this place, but they need to get it together and learn some customer service skills and manners. Read more
I wish I didn?t have to give a star at all, I?ll never return back to this McDonald?s again. The place is filthy and gross, bugs... crawling in the cookie cabinet, the manager on duty is extremely rude and speaks spanish to another employee thinking that Icouldn?t understand her, telling her to charge me more for a barbecue sauce that they didn?t even bother to put in my daughtershappy meal that I had asked for originally, and they were both laughing and rude about me asking for a barbecue sauce for mydaughter?s happy meal, I asked to speak to the manager and the girl was very rude and pointed at the lady that took my orderwithout even saying anything, and I asked to speak to someone above her and they both just look at me like I?m crazy. I walkedback in to get their names and they were all in the back customers were up at the front waiting in line and they were all in theback talking and laughing and making racial slurs. Rude would be the word I used if I only had one word to describe the customer service here. I think they learn their customer... service skills from Donald Trump. This is amazing that we continue to frequent these places and this the best customer servicethey can provide. Sad Read more
To the manager that?s on the night shift tonight, you didn?t have to be so unprofessionally rude. You?re right it wasn?t your... problem it was mine for taking the assumption that you would want to render product THAT WAS PAID FOR. I was simply trying toget my slushy and food after YALL didn?t give me. I went all the way home, came back and still left back home empty handedbecause what? You were having a rough night?
