Place has really gone down hill. I used to love going for their sandwiches and Pho but every time I?ve gone there?s always a... problem. No bread for sandwiches no meat for the pho. One time I called ahead of time to ask if they had bread she said yes. Ipulled up 5 mins later and she said she had sold out. Really? Don?t get me started about the hours. I was one of the first customers here 4 years ago or longer, and this place has been consistently GREAT even when I come in at... weird hours of the day! This is the best place in town for pho! Only thing that?s changed is prices has gone up but that?s nocomplain from me! Read more
The Ribeye Steak Sandwich is UNMATCHED and it is sweet with a tender texture along with fresh vegetables to keep it fresh and... delicious! This was my first time here. The place is a little hidden and can be missed if you're not paying attention. The place is small... and cute. It wasn't crowded during my visit. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The cashier was friendly and helpful.I would go back again. Read more

I visited this restaurant yesterday with my husband. First of all let me tell you service was good (not great since they didn?t... give us the correct order at first) and the food tasted great UNTIL the middle of our meal.... there was a small ROACH runningacross our table!!!!! Ugh I was very disappointed and when I brought it to the cashiers attention she admitted that they alwayscome out when they clean. She mentioned that they have fumigated TWICE but they are still coming back. Apparently whom ever isdoing that isn?t doing a good job. This is my preferred pho and Vietnamese place in Pasadena. They are slightly pricier than the other options in the area, but as... soon as you try their food you understand why they're better. They can be as authentic as you like, just ask them. Staff is veryfriendly, and the decor is very soothing. Read more
