I love Olive Garden. However, this review is only for the one on Fairmont in Pasadena, TX & excludes all the other locations. I... requested a booth in the bar area after arriving an hour before they closed. At my request, I was seated where I could watch theAstros vs Yankees for their last playoff game. 2 people were sitting at the bar watching the game & conversing with thebartender. I ordered their unbelievably delicious stuff ziti fritta, along with chicken gnocchi soup, chicken carbonara, andtheir perfectly made Peach Bellini Tea. I did not mind waiting for their garlic bread to finish baking because it was delivereda few minutes later warm & very soft. When the Astros were ahead, the bartender said "I hope the Astros lose so he would notlose his bet against them." When the teams where tied, he said, "the Astros are going to lose". The man sitting at the bar leftthe restaurant & the woman went to the restroom. The bartender changed the tv to the Dolphins football game. I asked him, "whyhe changed the channel". He said it was a commercial break and he liked the Dolphins. The manager told him to change the tv backto the Astros game. He was not happy about it. When the woman came back to the bar, the bartender complained about what happenedto get her support. She then left the restaurant. Although the food was very good, I felt very uncomfortable eating there andquickily finished my meal. People like me who eat at the bar want to watch the game and root for their home team. They don'twant to hear the bartender badgering their favorite home team. He should have just kept his comments to himself. I do not thinkI will return to that location again. There are plenty of other locations, I can sit at the bar and enjoy eating a wonderfulmeal while rooting for my favorite team. Read more

My husband and I went to have brunch, we really enjoyed our food. I had the shrimp Alfredo and he had the chicken n shrimp... carbonara. The place was peaceful and clean...the waitress was a newbie but she was trying, and that matters, to put in a solideffort, even tho there was one or 2 hiccups, we still left a generous tip of her deserving effort. We would go back more oftenbut it's getting more pricey than before but it's still damn good! Read more

Have dined here numerous times over the years. I have never been disappointed by the food quality or the service. Today I dined... in alone and sat at the bar. The food and the bar attendant was great. The staff overall looked like they were working hard attheir jobs while not looking overly stressed. I was impressed. Read more

We came to celebrate my birthday and of course the food is always great but the experience with our server is different every... time. Our waiter Diego did an excellent job of making sure our visit was unforgettable. Always making sure we have everything weneeded and going above and beyond for us. Will definitely visit again! Good experience We went in for brunch Saturday. Jessica our server was very nice and fast. My husband’s pasta was not the... best he had a sausage added and it tasted weird to him like not fully cooked. The meatballs were a bit watery. The appetizerswere great! Waited 20 minutes to be seated but the service was excellent and the food was exquisite. My husband and I were having dinner... with our 16 yr. Old daughter. We had a good time and walked out full. Bartender made me a sweet drink. My server was always onpoint. Thanks Olive Garden Read more
