Terrible experience. The place was not busy and we are at the register and the person ringing us up tossed one of our individual... sides on to the containers for our plates dinners and it slid over the top of the container and landed on the floor anotheremployee walking by tried to cleverly hand off to the side to the other employee who bagged it up. And acted like nothinghappened. I assume your floors are so clean you could lick or eat off of them or they are too lazy or not intelligent enough tono that is now dirty. If that is what we see what goes on at this location that you don't! After just going through covid andmost places have adapted to better cleaner protocols. This place has a problem ! Disgusting!!! Wrong food and bad customer service. Ordered and paid for delivery with a very nice tip for the driver? driver was amazing?... receipt is correct, food is not correct. Called to get it corrected. They?re only willing to give me replacements? if I go pickit up or pay again for delivery. No. The food is cold and overcooked. The customer service is nonexistent. Literally every day they run out of multiple things like the essentials chow mein and chicken, on top of that there?s a... particular male employee WHO IS SUPER LAZY, when you ask for sauce, they say they already put it in there and it?s not true. Well the food is good if you can ever get it to order always out of stock of items always waiting for stuff when you order it... never friendly anymore at this store in Pasadena Texas at Fairmont and the beltway 8 there's always something wrong. Use to gohere 2 to 3 times a week now lucky if I go once a month . I will probably go somewhere further away because this store has gonedown they need to do something to fix it. Second chance failed. Have not been in a while, hoping the food and service were better. Disappointed again. Missing a Protein... from my order, a huge thing to forget. Called for a resolution and got challenged that the item would be in another box. Cool,where is the box? Not in the bag. Stopped by to grab s bite and they didn't have any Teriyaki Chicken. Also they will not have it for a while so I was told. That... ruined my plans! Just don't understand how they run out of chicken breast. Anytime you come here always check the rice and chowmein sometimes there are hard pieces in the rice and the noodles are dried out. Check you're entire plate for quality cause theywill serve you dried out food. Read more
It was my first time at Panda Express and to my surprise everything was just kinda perfect. It started with exceptional service... when entering the establishment, followed up by great food cooked to the utmost perfection. And all went down super smooth as Igot to enjoy the great food with family I don't get to visit with often. Makes my visit an A++ Read more
