This Panera has changed a lot and not in a good way. Employees lack knowledge of the menu to the point where they don?t know... what ingredients are supposed to make the dishes. The place was empty and it took forever to get my food. Once receivedeverything was wrong and things were missing. After informing the employees and no solution was given I just took everything togo and headed to McDonald?s instead which I should?ve done in the first place. $40 down the drain. Read more

So I love the food here despite the employees knowledge on the menu. The last few times I would ask questions to the girl taking... my order at the front, and each time the could not answer my questions. One time the girl told me "I really don't know so justread the menu", instead of just asking someone else. I'm in the industry so I completely understand if someone was in trainingor what not but that did not seem to be the case since no trainer was present. Despite that I still love thw food! Untilyesterday, I will no longer be a customer there! I was calling over and over trying to see what soups were on the menu for theday, and no one would pick up! I was trying to order my soup ahead of time because I'm sick I'm sick and have them drop it outto me and my Uber... since no one was picking up, I anticipated it to be really busy or something when I came in. It was dead Inthere!!! 2 girls were sitting down at the front, employees just standing around and one girl at the registered with one elderlycouple. I asked if their phones were not working and she said she didn't hear anything. So I called while waiting and it rangloudly to were you could hear it throughout the restaurant! So I asked for a manager and Fred came to me and could not even makeeye contact with me! I asked who was supposed to answer and he said "they are" I said they who? You couldn't answer or make sureof someone to do so? He was at a lost foe words. Extremely poor management skills. So I had to pay extra for my ride waiting andfor my soup while I'm sick. For some reason the elderly couple in front of me had their own issues as well and I heard them saythey will never be back. Worst experience I have had. Seems yall need a whole new staff! Read more

We used to love Panera. Both my wife and I had the coffee subscription for a couple years but lately the coffee is always... watered down. Very disappointing. We have canceled our subscription. Read more

I was so impressed with how easy the catering delivery was! Everything was provided, labeled, and made it so easy to quickly... serve our group. Juanita was a HUGE help! I've had terrible experiences with other Panera locations in the past, and I'm so gladthat was a great experience! Read more

I hate giving a bad rating but they gave me a cup of hot water for my tea. I was so disappointed to get to my location to find... my tea was straight (very hot)water with a pump of vanilla. I noticed something was wrong as I was holding it and walking andthe bit of water that came out the spout and burned my hand was completely clear. I thought that was odd as I ordered a blacktea. Opened the lid to find a no tea in my cup. Read more

Used to be better. Last couple of times food has taken a long time. And staff seems to not care as much. Kids love the Mac and... cheese. Overall food is decent but overpriced. More than $12-13 for a bowl of Mac and cheese and a drink? $50 plus for family of4, with only 2 drinks and one person ordered the value duet which is like $6. Even so, we visit pretty regularly to avoidburgers, fastfood etc. and at least resemble some sort of healthier food. Read more

Not only is the food exceptional but the service is amazing. My sister inlaw and i come here as often as possible. We are very... big on family vibe places and these workers became like family after our first visit! The manager is amazing and each workergives 100% into everything they do. Its impossible to leave without a smile. This location is also sensory friendly with gentlelighting. If you come after rush hours the place is very quiet and calm. Its a wonderful spot for anyone with mild sensoryissues or anxiety or anyone who struggles with overstimulation in loud places. This is definitely going to be our new spot andhome away from home.
