We experienced a bad night at this location after ordering on line amd it glitching in between being sent to pappa johns our... order was made wrong,so we immediately called and spoke to Courtney who refused to remake or pizza or refund our money insteadwe were told call pappa johns customer support,well needless to say it's been a Month and half we have been constantly callingand keep getting its being expedited and someone will call us still no call ..I have documented all calls and have my receipt.it baffles me that this is how pappa johns treats its customers instead of must remaking two pizzas we have got the run aroundwe are beyond upset at this point!!
