We experienced a bad night at this location after ordering on line amd it glitching in between being sent to pappa johns our... order was made wrong,so we immediately called and spoke to Courtney who refused to remake or pizza or refund our money insteadwe were told call pappa johns customer support,well needless to say it's been a Month and half we have been constantly callingand keep getting its being expedited and someone will call us still no call ..I have documented all calls and have my receipt.it baffles me that this is how pappa johns treats its customers instead of must remaking two pizzas we have got the run aroundwe are beyond upset at this point!! Pizza was not made properly. I Called last night and it look like vomit pizza. Spoke to a Manger and he said to call corporate?... I called the next day and I was on hold forever so I hung up. Will definitely not ever order at this location again! I'msaddened by the service. Read more

Ordered unsauced wings. Even says it on the box and receipt. Had to drive out to get the correct ones. Who checks an order... before it leaves? I guess the customer is expected to verify the store does it correct. Read more
This location is the worst...workers do not follow no contact delivery, pizza is always meh, and the bread sticks are always bad... but these have to be the worst...I'd rather drive to another location that's out of my way than order from this one again. Read more

Called in an order for Shakaronni made sure it had 60 pieces of pepperoni they said yes and instead of 13 dollars they charged... 22 dollars on my card then they made it 18. Of course I got hung up on by the so called manager when I called in to complainabout it. I will never order from them again. I'm to old to go to jail these days. I enjoy eating at Papa John's is real good food and you can do all the crust pizza there
