We went to go pick up the pizza but once we went through the drive-through they saw us through the window and had us waiting for... more than 10 minutes. I legit like this location. I remembered I ordered a spicy pepperoni pizza twice, and they no longer made them. I think it was... the manager, he immediately called me, asked how he could help get it close to that and then accommodated my order to that.There were a couple of times I had picked up my order, but they weren?t sure, so they called me to verify I did in fact get it.I mean, I like that care enough to do that. This was the worst Pizza I have ever ordered from any establishment. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. It was delivered to my... home. On receipt I noticed first there was no chicken, none ! It looked unappetizing but it was dinner. I tried it and soonrealized there was no Buffalo sauce. I literally received a pizza with cheese, a few onions and banana peppers. It was extremelydry and pretty tasteless. I am not one to complain but I paid close to 25.00 for this 12.00 meal box to be delivered. I calledand the delivery person answered. I explained my concerns and was placed on hold. I patiently waited over 25 minutes. The phonecall was disconnected at the 27 minute mark. I am assuming they hung up on me. This is poor customer service. I am annoyedafter tipping graciously and getting such bad food and poor customer service. This pizza was late, cold, and in a folded box. -_- I knew there was a reason a stopped ordering from this pizza hut a long... time ago.....and this reminded me why. Their employees don't care, and the management will just offer to send you another pizza,delivered by another careless employee. What a resolution.... The box was folded more than in the picture.
