I was totally disappointed. I called in a pickup..the wait said it would be 20 mins. I waited 17 mins before leaving the home I... was at it was only around the corner. I went to the drive thru window & paid for my pasta & breadsticks & the guy told it itwould be just a minute longer..... I sat there about 7 more minutes & looked thru the window & saw 2 of the employees sittingtaking a break ( one of them was vaping away.. I smoke too but come on..) I then rang the bell again to get theirattention......& waited another 5 mins then the guy gives me my food. I get back to the house I'm working on for an estate salethat is 2 mins away & my pasta is barely warm to the touch & the breadsticks are hard & cold. I went there because I wanted ahot meal, I guess I should have went somewhere else because it was a total waste of my hard earned money. I'm sorry that theyhad to be at work at 10:30pm on a Saturday night but I too was working on a Saturday night. I know I won't be going back thereanytime soon. Read more

Driver was almost 45 min late. Showed up and handed me someone elses order. Went back to his car to get mine and my box was bent... down the middle and when I opened up my box the cheese was stuck to the top because something has been sitting on my boxcrushing it. Driver smelled musty and sweaty and it was just an overall gross experience Read more

Bad experience, tried placing an order through the phone.... the guy taking my order tried selling me other things and keep up... messing my order up when I only wanted one pizza. Decided to hang up and order in person, at location I asked for the specialsand even the manager had no idea, the person up front was new and I mean we have all been there in a new job learning there isnothing wrong with that but how can she learn when there is no one supervising/ assisting her.. bad experience. Highly disappointed with the service of My pizza delivery, there was a completion of order they didn?t give me my sauces that I... paid for OR WINGS, whoever made the delivery didn?t even ring the doorbell they just left the pizza outside on the floor. thenwhen I tried to call and add to the order they told me they were unable to add to it and I said I wanted to make a new order fordelivery and they told me they were unable to do that whoever was working on 07/09/2022 on the Night Shift a young lady took myorder and answered the phone , around 8-9pm completely unprofessional she should be FIRED. This location is a Franchise good luck getting in touch with their upper leadership since they aren?t required to provide any... information and disregard any customers concerns. I have been waiting on a refund since May 14 and was advice it would take 3 to4 days which now I am being told it was never process. I was then informed my order was contactless but when I called to make acomplain to headquarters I was advice it wasn?t. Mind you I have order before and all my orders have been personally handed tome. The order was left on my shoe rack outside and then neighbors cats where all on top of it. The driver claims that a call wasmade I inform them I can show them call log where no call was received and I immediately called them when I got to the door. Thedriver wasn?t even there a minute before leaving the food and mind you I called on Saturday and was advised their leadershipwill call me on Monday. I had to call twice myself because no one from their leadership called me and now the area managerstates will follow up in 24 hrs after today. I informed them I have no reason to lie and would provide video of her workerleaving and I wanted to know where on my order does it show request for contactless if I didn?t request below. Since I paid withmy Apple Pay they are stating they are unable to provide a refund. 5/24 I waited the 24 hours I received no call back from thearea manager or any type of communication of my refund status. After being informed someone will return my call it was a lie.This has been an overall horrible experience. Read more

Not all deals were in store, some online, visa versa. Staff was nice but they fudged my order online so I had to wait. Normally... a perfect Pizza Hut so do still come by but order online 1st. Read more
