We got our order after 5 mins of waiting, no biggie. We got home to discover our order wasn't completed. We ordered the 16 piece... family meal. We didn't get all the sides. Tried calling but no answer every time. We would've gone back but my husband alreadyneeded to walk out the d door to work, I just ended up packing whatever we received a dinner To-Go box for him. I tried callingafter but still no answer. We haven't been eating out being it's getting to expensive. We finally got to treat ourselves andsadly it was disappointing. This is one of slowest Popeyes I have ever been to in the Houston area. If you go inside you will probably be ignored for a... minimum of 16 mins. The drive thru goes at a decent pace but they messed up my order multiple times and was overcharged twicewhen using this method. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to the one off of Crenshaw. This location make me noteven want to eat Popeyes chicken. Read more
I stopped by here to grab something for lunch but it was kind of early (10:30a) I waited forever to get somebody to take my... order clearly they were open, there was a guy in the inside sitting down having a bite. Then when I place the order the ladydidn't speak English, but when I received order the chicken was fresh the red beans/rice still small and getting smaller. Iguess this is a city wide thing! They messed up my order I asked for chicken the one that has a bone in it. The gave me tenders not what I wanted. Plus I asked... for Mac and cheese and I got soup with about 10 noodles in it. Also no flavor to even make a great soup. Called to complain andno answer so I guess customer service doesn't matter there. Read more
