I have completely given up on Sonic, EVERY TIME they get something wrong, if you are out of something just say it!! I am tired... of tipping for POOR service. I get a meal and a wacky pack, first off they came in same bag, which is weird already, then notoy, now I have dissapointed child, if you don't have toys at the time just say something, dont just skimp people on theirorders! I ordered 3 burgers with just mayo and cheese. I was given burgers with everything in it. I returned the burgers so they can be... made the way I asked and I was still given back the exact same burgers only I didn?t know this until I got home. I trusted theywould be fixed and that was a mistake on my end. I called sonic because I didn?t want to make the trip again at night and themanager was rude. Always nice and friendly service. Some of the screens dont work sometimes though. It could also use a drive-thru and a... makeover/clean-up. Other than that, food was good, hot, didn't take long and the staff was polite. It's the only Sonic I go to. Read more

The food wasn?t fresh the mozzarella sticks where stale and the French fries where not completed cooked. The staff was friendly... maybe just additional training for staff on food temperatures the meat on the hamburger was definitely cold. Read more
