I have completely given up on Sonic, EVERY TIME they get something wrong, if you are out of something just say it!! I am tired... of tipping for POOR service. I get a meal and a wacky pack, first off they came in same bag, which is weird already, then notoy, now I have dissapointed child, if you don't have toys at the time just say something, dont just skimp people on theirorders! I ordered 3 burgers with just mayo and cheese. I was given burgers with everything in it. I returned the burgers so they can be... made the way I asked and I was still given back the exact same burgers only I didn?t know this until I got home. I trusted theywould be fixed and that was a mistake on my end. I called sonic because I didn?t want to make the trip again at night and themanager was rude. I will not be returning and I suggest people check their food before they leave. Read more
Always nice and friendly service. Some of the screens dont work sometimes though. It could also use a drive-thru and a... makeover/clean-up. Other than that, food was good, hot, didn't take long and the staff was polite. It's the only Sonic I go to. Read more

It Was My Own Fault. Never Go In A Vehicle Without A/C. Plus, their order board is almost never heard or I am asked to speak up... louder. The Food surprisingly was great and made up for the ordering mishaps. Red Bluff at Soutmore Sonic is a neighborhoodtradition and do the best they can. Read more
Man.. Y'all were close. Love at first sip with my limeade. I have never had a limeade where you can taste the lime. And then I... get to the absolutely amazing cheeseburger which is missing the lettuce I specifically asked for. Customer service has gotten alittle better here but nothing that screams, "Hey y'all! Welcome to Sonic! We absolutely LOVE our product and customers!". I wasso proud to work at Sonic during high school. These kids today aren't very enthusiastic. Read more
Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely raw! I also ordered mozzarella sticks, and they had nothing inside,... out of the 4 only 1 had cheese... I showed the employee, even opened one infront of her so she could see I was not lying. Theonly reason I give 2 stars is because they did make me another burger and mozzarella sticks. The food wasn?t fresh the mozzarella sticks where stale and the French fries where not completed cooked. The staff was friendly... maybe just additional training for staff on food temperatures the meat on the hamburger was definitely cold. Read more
