This subway is clean and has good lighting. My husband and I love getting out sandwiches here. The employees always greet you... and make delicious sandwiches. This business is at a very busy intersection so you have to be careful at the light. I haveseen crazy drivers pass the red light. Read more
I ordered a salad mix and a sandwich. The meatball sandwich was finished before I got there, 3 different times someone came to... the window to tell me my salad was still being made. The second time was a guy whom had already come to the window, he hands methe sandwich and says the salad is still being made then a young woman comes to the window tells me my salad is still beingmade.. wth... finally after about 15 my salad comes out, by the way there is only two employees and no one else was thereordering. Always always positive attitudes, very nice, fast workers and the food is always so good. There were 4 people in front of me, &... 2 of what I think were online orders and I was still in and out in about 15mins, I don?t believe that is bad at all. Thank you Angel for going above and beyond helping me resolve my issue. The customer service I received from Angel,... representative from the Red Bluff Pasadena location, was 10 stars. She was attentive to my concerns, she stayed in communicationabout my concerns, she thoroughly investigated my concerns and she shared the process and results every step along the way. Shedefinitely made it right and I appreciate that more than anything. It seems lately that customer service has gone away and it'sa free for all of bad attitudes and blaming on both customer side and business side. Angel was the absolute master of customerservice. Angel would be an asset to any customer oriented business and a great trainer to teach the art of customer service toothers.
