Ordered ahead of time over the phone. The person taking the order had great difficulties understanding a simple order. Arrived,... paid for my order and asked if it was ready. It wasn't ready yet. So I sat at a table close to the counter. We were the onlycustomers in the place. It had been almost an hour since I had placed my order over the phone. I asked again if my food wasready. It had been sitting in a to go bag the whole time, they just didn't bother to check. You can see into the kitchen andsince the employees were not cooking, nor doing anything else I wondered where my food was. When I pointed to the bag rack itwas there. My food was completely cold, the mango habanero wings were raw. And their soda machine did not have half the drinkflavors available. Read more

Waited a very long time for the food to come out. Food was cooked poorly. Whichever cook was working 9/17 around 1pm-2pm did not... cook my wings all the way. They were very chewy and when I brought them back to the host at the time (a pregnant girl) she justlooked at me and walked to the back. I waited for an answer to get a refund or more food but they didn?t come back to attend meso I just left in frustration due to unprofessionalism and laziness of the staff. Read more

Overall experience was awful! The guy up front name is Anthony is rude and doesn't know how to do he's job! Never coming here... again! Restaurant was dirty, food wasn't fresh! Floor was sticky! Asked for my money back but he just sat there. Worse serviceever and I never leave bad reviews. Read more

Worst service ever. I waited over 35 minutes and paid already, just for them to tell me the lost my order. Then they had to call... a manager on the phone to ask how to get my money back. Everything took 45 minutes just to end up with no food and that it wouldtake 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. If I could give no stars I would. Do better Wingstop! Read more

staff is really friendly and this boy that that goes by tony, is one of the nicest worker ever !!! he always greets me and tries... to service everyone as they walk in. It is very clean when you come eat in for dine in. jorge is always making sure thecustomers get respect and their order correct. i definitely recommend trying this location out. they also give out free frieswhen you do one of their surveys on your receipt !!!! We ordered online, and didn't get what we expected. My husband called the store to let the manager know, and the manager just... wanted to argue instead of making it right. My husband returned the food for a refund, but the manager refused to give us areceipt, and said he can't cancel our order until after they close. I am a manager at Sonic, and I for one know that isn't true.You give them a receipt as soon as they get a refund. The only problem is is that it's on a credit card. I have no proof to showthe credit card company if they don't cancel my order. Very horrible customer service from the manager. Read more
