Open 24 hrs, but you get cold food... But the same price though... Heavy set blonde cashier didn't say 1 word the whole time! ... I guess woke her or she's stoned... $10 down the drain... Read more
My only complaint is that they don't pay attention when making the orders. Special requests, like adding ranch to chili cheese... fries or adding cheese to burgers are rarely fulfilled correctly but the food is good and the workers are decent. Read more
The rudest drive thru lady. Older lady with glasses. Rude at speaker yelling we don't have tater tots. Had her lips pursed up... and nose snarled from the moment she walked to window. Asked for a straw multiple times and wouldn't give us one. The meat andonions were COLD. Nasty, ended up throwing it all away. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Not edible. Read more
I rarely eat Krystals but I picked up a friend from the casino who'd been drinking to bring him home. Thought it would be good... for him to get food in his stomach. I went through the drive-thru but he had never been and decided to go in for a menu and touse the restroom while I was still ordering. One employee was really nice and cheerful. The one who took my order but the otherone wasnt as friendly. Kept giving dirty looks and everytime I apologized she would just stare at me and walk off. I asked aboutcondiments and got a very quick, dry, monotone "right there" while she pointed. I'm sure alot had to do with my drunken friendbut in my defense I had a good reason to be there. Food would sober him up, I was hungry myself and I absolutely didn't need himto pee on himself in my car. I had let them know ahead of time about the situation. Otherwise food was okay. Service was really slow for a fast food place. Took around 20 minutes (and they were not busy) from time we paid til we got our... food. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry. Food was good and it was hot. Read more
I asked for no mustard and they put extra mustard. I asked about it and was told they can't make changes to the food, take it or... leave it, but there are no refunds. There fridge was open when I walked in and there clerk made no effort to close it. Theyboxed the food with no gloves after cleaning tables with a dirty rag. I couldn't tell if the cook had gloves besides you can'tsee the kitchen. Read more
It was a massive waste of 5 dollars and time. The cashier was rude and the tables were dirty. My biscuit was brown inside unless... they used wheat flour. The scrambled eggs had brown flakes in them and was swimming in a liquid. Was very disappointed becauseit has been a while since i've eaten at this restaurant. It was always good.This place needs some improvement. The coffee wasgood. Read more
