DO NOT got to this McDonald's! You will be ignored. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes just now and no one... acknowledged me. Then I sat at the window for a few minutes...nothing. I saw employees inside, so they weren't closed. I parkedand walked in. There were about 5 employees sitting around on the counters shooting the breeze. They never even acknowledged meso I walked out. I have noticed that when the children are running the show everything tends to suffer longer wait times to order (drive... through).I have gotten so many orders wrong its pitiful. Fries, most of the time I'm getting refried Fries. I don't get themanymore. I know teenager's have to start some where, but adult supervision is necessary. Went there at 10:15 pm. We had two orders and Waited 20 minutes for food. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold and... stale. We asked for fresh fries and initially the fries we had were taken back and refried. When I asked for actual fresh fries,we were told the warmer was turned off which explained why the fries were cold. Then we were told the fries were off. All ofthis between 10:30 and 10:35 pm when the place doesn?t close until 11 pm. I was willing to let the small selection on drinks gobut to refry fries and try to pass them as fresh, that is just sad. To make matters worse, it was the manager on shift that toldthis poor window kid to do it. That?s laziness at its finest right there. Read more
Went through the drive thru this evening at around 10:20-ish and sat in front of the speaker for five minutes with no answer.... Drove past the two windows and there was nobody there. I drove back around to the speaker for a minute and someone finally says?we?re closed.? The sign said they close at 11, so they should have been open. Not the first time this has happened. Read more
From a Doordash driver and a FORMER customer. I live in Pascagoula and used to go here frequently. This location needs to be... shut down. Always filthy inside, food is always cold. Today no one would answer at the drive thru. Car after car tried and left.No one to be seen at the window or in the lobby. There were employees there because there were cars parked outside. This hashappened multiple times. I pick up from every fast food place in Jackson County and no other restaurant even comes close to thelack of food quality and customer service at this one. Read more
Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been. I went to the drive thru, they were not very nice, the first woman didn?t write down my whole... order and when I asked for what was missing to the next woman she didn?t care at all. After waiting a long time because theysent me to park I left. When I got home the meat was all burn and tested very bad, also I ordered a double quarter and they gaveme a regular one. This place has some of the worst service and my food was burnt and cold! I don?t know if it was because I ordered my McRib... without bbq sauce and made someone mad but my food was gross and a waste of over $8! I definitely wouldn?t recommend eatingthere. Plus the cashier at the drive thru kept man handling my CC and looking at it so I hope she wasn?t stealing any info. Read more
