What the heck has happened to the McDonald's on Market Street. Most of the time the food is cold. They are out of things. Ice... cream machine is broke often. I have been told to pay with card because they have no change. And its run by teenagers that seemnot to care. Where's Undercover Boss when you need them. Waited 10 minutes in the reserve spot for this. After having to order at the window because they were taking orders from the... outside lane but not the other. I was then asked to pull up because she thought they were waiting on bread. ?? After waiting 10minutes and 15 customers got their food and left. I called the store. The guy says let me check and proceeds to tell me head nocurbside orders. I explain I was asked to pull forward and wait. He then brings my food out hands it to me and walks off. Noapology or anything. I get home. All food is cold and this was the ?bread? I waited for?? It was so hard I couldn?t even eat it.Absolutely horrible food and service. Read more
Fastest service I have ever had. I do not normally travel in the area but we had a dr appointment that day. We walked in, was... greeted, had order taken and had my order done in less than five minutes. And a plus is that my burger and fries were hot andfresh. That is a huge thing for me. I have had terrible experiences with the ones in Mobile County. And I am one to let it to beknown by all. I even went to Corporate on several occasions. But I was very pleased with this location for sure and when I am inthe area, I will be back. Read more
I am the ONLY customer inside the McDonald?s. I?ve been standing at the register waiting to order for over ten minutes. Not... ONE employee has acknowledged my presence. I have made eye contact MULTIPLE times with the manager. There?s an employeebending over the counter sucking on a straw on their phone, two have left, and the manager is only focusing on the drive thruwindow. It is 08/09/2022 I ordered a quarter pounder medium meal I get a 30 minute lunch and spent 16mins of that lunch in line waiting... for my food when I got my food I had to eat it real fast and get back to work halfway through the burger I noticed the meat wasraw and now I'm at work and can't leave the bathroom. This is the first time a food establishment has made me sick normally thewait time in this particular drive-thru does take forever but the icing on the cake is.... Not being able to function at worknow. I would have left a review using my order receipt but they have not given receipts out for the past month they say theydon't have receipt paper. I guess their manager doesn't know they work right next to office Depot where they sell receipt paper. Read more
Got there at 10:15 ordered breakfast lady at the first window was very polite, pulled up to get food got our drinks man was nice... asked us to pull up waited about 5 minutes guy came to the window thanks us and gave us our food. Everything was not only rightbut fresh. Gods crew was there blasting gospel music out the window. Highly recommend!! Read more
You're systems weren't down, your work ethic is broken, Order jx63, 3 hot and spicy 1 med fry 1 small fry 1 10 PC nugget bbq,... sweet and sour, 1 bacon mcdouble only mayo and ketchup 1 mcdouble extra pickle extra onions. this was my order seems so simpleyet this location decided not to give any fries no sauces and a just terrible terrible experience considering I recieved thewrong food completely the first time through after waiting 20 minutes for these broken systems to come on then proceeded to tellme their systems were down for a second time making me wait an additional 10 minutes just to receive an incomplete order.
