Adding extra cheese makes a HUGE difference in the taste of the pizza and it is so worth it... Thin for the win!! Delish
The day shift manager needs to be fired ?? she has a nasty attitude & curses and hangs up on customers ive ordered 4 times &... every time the food is over 2hrs late , cold & dissatisfying? when asked for cooperate number or her name she will hang up andhave another employee answer WORST SERVICE EVER ?? Ordered ahead online and when i got there the cashier was extremely rude and while i was waiting she was letting her friends go... ahead and get there things. After 45 mins i finally got some of my food and when i told her she forgot my breadsticks she gavean attitude and i had to wait another 30 mins just for an order of breadsticks. The place and people there are trashy, ill juststick with dominos, at least my food wont be eaten off of and i wont have to argue to get what i paid for. Read more
I enjoy the pizza here and don't mind waiting in the parking lot after ordering.. but I wish there was a noticeable sign that... the restroom is for employees only. After running errands this was my last stop :/ I still didn't see a sign anywhere that saidit was employees only so maybe I missed it. Read more
Both pizzas were prepared as ordered. Oftentimes, when I pay for extra cheese I do NOT receive it on the pizza(s). However, this... visit, my pizzas were PERFECT! Ready upon pick-up, fresh, and "right out the oven" hot! Read more
My wife and I order here very often. We have never had an issue. But last night we ordered 3 orders of wings. 2 of which were... awful. They were old, over cooked, and dry, with hardy any toppings. They were disgusting. My wife said she was gonna call andcomplain when she got off the next day, since it was so close to closing. She ended up having to work a double (She is a nurse)When she finally got off called the manager was very rude and basically said ok.. there's nothing I can do since you didn't callthe same day. Which they were closed. We will order pizza hut from now but definitely never again pizza hut. Shame on you! Read more
Very rude and impatient!!! Submitted my order online and they didn't want to change the address once I called it in, because... I was at work not home. And making me wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund! Just stick with Dominos! Read more
pizza was wrong an also not even cut all the way called in about the issue an was told that they pre made all there pizzas for... the night an that couldn't make my pizza the way that I wanted it done. Called customer care still awaiting a call back. Took memany years to even give them a try again an they messed it all up due to a manager that can't handle a store.
