This was my first time trying this Popeyes since moving to the area. Went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting over 40... minutes for some spicy chicken. I get home and we didn?t even get spicy chicken. I always check the bag at drive-thrus but Ifigured they wouldn?t possibly get it wrong after making me wait almost an hour. I would?ve gladly surpassed the wait and gottenthe mild chicken if I had known I was going to get mild chicken anyways! I use the app to order ahead because I only get 30 min for lunch. At 9 pm there was one other vehicle in front of me. I waited... in the drive through at the order screen for a few minutes before they acknowledged my presence. This is a common experiencehere. Read more
This was the best fast food experience I have ever had! I had a large order for a clinic in town. The team was amazing! Food... came in a timely manner and everything was correct! I personally prefer this location to any other in the area. They are pretty good at getting people in and out as quickly as... possible. The food is always hot and never too greasy. Even during lunch hours, when there is a line of cars stretched out ofthe parking lot, it doesn't take very long to get your food. If you have an issue ordering online, it gets handled quickly too,without attitude! Read more
