Made a special trip to Sonic for dinner because we were craving onion rings. Just my luck, they got my order wrong. I reported... to their website as soon as I got home and found the mistake. They didn't respond until the next day and wanted a picture of thereceipt which by then was (of course) in the garbage. Lesson learned--while I like their food for the most part, sonic can't betrusted to get orders correct and really not worth the headache since they're also more expensive than competing fast foodplaces. I'd always thought having milkshake at Burger King was a challenge, until I got to Sonic. More than three hours to fully drink... an oreo milkshake. Hell it's like trying to drink a milkshake out of one of those little red coffee straws. At least I feltlike I exercised my jaw. PLEASE CHANGE THE STRAWS. Whoever was taking our order just assumed sizes and types of food we wanted. I ordered a #6 thinking it was the American dog... with relish and mustard and onions. Instead I get home and it's a chili cheese dog. Ordered mozzarella sticks. No marinarasauce came with it. I dont understand how people get paid to literally screw up people's orders that they pay for. Read more
