I ordered three taco bell supreme crunchwraps expecting a proper meal totaling me around 20 dollars. The first wrap tasted... excellent, how they usually did, however, after the first the following two had this odd taste; like the sour cream was spoiledand rotten. Tact on those last two the soft tostada shells were oddly hard in some aeras like screwing threw a thin brick layer.I should also note the there was lack of meat, barely a thing inside the last wrap! Mostly just lettuce, odd tasting sourcream. What the hell was going on with your work staff tonight!? God, I can't get the taste out my mouth! Whatever is in thesour cream, throw it out! Not taking your showers daily no when you working around foods poor work life bosses call you all the time when you are off from... work no down time me waiting on bosses 8:00 am daily I get to work before bosses do waiting in 30 degrees weather the mental &emotional distress this causes me I should of sued Taco Bell I sure I would of won these happens in franchises you see the logo& think it is safe customers the operating partners want exp being same @ all locations but it's not Taco Bell used to bereally good its gone down don't waste your time or money @ this location the staff looks down on you if you don't have a carrachet store I can recall a time I was first one arrive @ work door was open & no manager there. Came here for lunch today notice that there's was alot of standing around from employees when I went to the counter give them... my order, girl said just minute ..after several minutes she sign-in to register for another employee to take my order it took 13minutes to make 3 tacos and a drink. While waiting I noticed a lot of nastiness in the dining room .you could tell nobody hadmopped under the tables ,the soda area was wet and the guy who wiped the tables barely touched them . While ordering food, the lady in the drive thru wants to huff and puff like someone getting on her nerves because we have... a big order? if you don?t like your job, then maybe you should find a different one that doesn?t involve customer service! I very seldom low star a business, especially a fast food, however this was the dirtiest food business, I can remember. I've... posted photos, however it's hard to see. Trust me dirty, grease, trash all behind the counter. In the eating area, trash, foodand dirt. Tables didn't appear to be wiped off very regularly. Reason I didn't give it a 1 was the staff was very friendly. Ifit wasn't for the idea my twin where very hungry and me tired I would have walked out. Read more
Well other than the lady (Brittany) at the drive thru window having an attitude, all of my items barely had meat/beef. The... crunchwrap was the worst one with basically no meat on it. This trip was a waste of money or maybe the crew was having a badday! Read more
Average Taco Bell - several dirty tables, bathroom clean enough but clearly not checked every 30 minutes like the sign said,... food came quickly and was on par with what I expect from a Taco Bell although it seems like they have gotten light on the meatthey add. Read more
I was in line for over 40 minutes the line wasn?t wrapped around the building or anything I was in the drive thru lane unable to... back out after getting to the screen I waited approximately 15 minutes. I made a mobile order in hopes I could save a littletime. Read more
