Ordered a mac and cheese bowl & corn dog nuggets. I was told they would take over 5 minutes to cook nuggets and was parked out... front. When my food was brought out I asked if everything was there including the ketchup and the guy pretty much just threw thebag at me and walked off so I headed back to the hotel only to find out pretty much everything about my order was wrong. Wrongmeal no silverware to eat a mac and cheese bowl. I asked for ketchup when I ordered yet there was no ketchup, utensils ornapkins. I called and asked for a manager. The guy on the phone would not transfer me to a manager simply said they'd write myname down and just hand out food the next time I came in. I asked for a manager again once again he said "all we can do is writedown your name" they were not interested in solving the problem just getting me off the phone. Your manager was never reachedas requested. Horrible customer service!! This turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had recently and if youlook at my reviews and I do a lot of them this would be clearly near the very bottom people acting like they are too busy andwanted to be everywhere but serving customers. So the young man couldn't work the POS system and then told me the prices and menu haven't been changed for 2 years and that's... why I couldn't get Corn Dog Nuggets by them selves and had to buy a kids meal. Not a huge deal but why can't they change themenu board after two years? Read more

Highly recommend not to eat there. Never in my life have I had a cheeseburger taste so horrible. It was cold, buns were stale,... and it wasn't cooked throughly. A&W should pull their franchise name off of this restaurant. Read more

Will NEVER go to another. We visited this restaurant and order 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup, a double bacon cheeseburger,... and a double cheeseburger plain, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Fairly simple. Got our order and started to leave. I checked it, just tobe sure. We received 3 cheeseburgers with ketchup and 4 fries. Of course, we went back. Explained the problem, with only alittle attitude, the girl took the bag to fix our order. I checked it again before we left, 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup, doublebacon cheeseburger, and a double....with ketchup. I could almost understand if they were really busy...we were the only car inline both times. We spent $30 to get the wrong food twice. Read more

My wife and I stopped at this A & W one week ago and ordered the Papa Burger Tuesday special. Worst hamburger ever! Over cooked... meat, almost no dressing, buns were hard and had obviously been under heat lamp way too long. And the fries were barely warm.When I asked for extra fry sauce, I was told they didn't have any. This place needs to take lessons from the A & W's in Yakimawho know how to make a Papa Burger. My wife and I stopped at this A & W one week ago and ordered the Papa Burger Tuesday special. Worst hamburger ever! Over cooked... meat, almost no dressing, buns were hard and had obviously been under heat lamp way too long. And the fries were barely warm.When I asked for extra fry sauce, I was told they didn't have any. This place needs to take lessons from the A & W's in Yakimawho know how to make a Papa Burger. Did the KFC thing. Waited almost a half hour for wings. The only one nice person there was the white boy that ran the food out.... Him being nice to us was the only highlight of that place. And the wings we paid $34.00 for barely had meat on them, too muchbreading and made us sick Read more

Food was great. One of the better fast food burgers IMO. Price was good (had a coupon - prices are too high without one -... comparable to Five Guys prices but not nearly as good). Fries were average. Restaurant was clean. Service was verygood/friendly. All in all, an average/above average experience. Read more
