Ordered the three cheese chicken penne. Ordered an extra breadstick with it because often they forget the one it comes with.... They didn't forget just the one this time though, they gave me zero breadsticks. Not only that but I paid for extra Alfredosauce because normally they don't put enough on there. Didn't get that. I also asked for no brushetta mix as I'm allergic totomatoes and there it was on the pasta. I've experienced this kind of thing here so many times and I've always let it go becausenobody is perfect and things happen. This time it's too much. Read more
The food was extremely mid. Our server was extremely rude to everyone at my table. She messed up 2 of our orders. And proceeded... to roll her eyes when we asked her to get them fixed. Once we finished figuring out how to pay on the small machine our servercame by to check that we had all payed. Obviously non of us left a tip for her. She then rolled her eyes again and left. The food wasn't as good as the Restaurant in Spokane. The broccoli was old and when asked the server to change it she gave... attitude. Management was not very friendly and my server disappeared. Just a bad experience. It's too bad because Spokanesrestaurant is so much better. Read more

I got BOURBON steak 2 times, and two times they mess up it. First of all it?s not even close what I got in Seattle?s Applebees,... the portion was small & did not had a lot of mushrooms etc. It supposed to be a lot better. Doesn?t worth 18$, they can make itbetter. But most of the workers are friendly and helpful! Building is always clean and looks good inside. Good place to go eaton the weekends with family/friends. Awfully service no one refilled my drink Veg over salted waited so one made me pay halfway between my meal I had half my meal... left and to top it off never cleared the plates for 30 minutes disastrous overall. Read more
I come here way too much but it is good with great service. It can be quite cold in the bar area so bring a sweater with ya if... that would interfere with your evening Read more
