I like Bruchis but they are screwing their customers with their beer, specially the Space Dust option. Over the last few months... they have been serving a different beer while claiming it is Space Dust. I drink Space Dust a LOT and there is absolutely no waythey are serving it at this location nor at the one on Okanagan in Kennewick. I let it slide for a while because I thought itmight be an honest mistake but now that I've been to other locations I now know it's being done on purpose. I get it, Space Dustis expensive and they sell it for $3.50, a good price, but don't lie to your customers. I brought this up to the staff onOkanagan and they let me try the other beers just in case it was tapped wrong but, no, they don't have Space Dust on any tap. Ihope this issue can be cleared up because lying to your customers is not a good look. I unfortunately will not be returning toany location due to being maliciously lied to so they can save a few bucks on food cost. Very disappointed. Read more
Been to many Bruchi's restaurants and am a regular customer. I like to stop by after work have dinner and a couple beers. This... restaurant however does not seem to care for its regular customers. I have regularly had my regular order, that has neverchanged, messed up. I have also had no problem ordering another drink and a set of cookies at one of their restaurants as I didtoday. After ordering and eating my food and usual 2 beers then completing my work after an hour and a half was denied buyinganother beer and a couple cookies. This felt very judgmental and discouraging after a long day. I am regularly friends with thestaff at other Bruchi's restaurants. I know them and regularly talk with them about my day. However not with anyone at thisrestaurant and have always been treated as an irritant. I enjoy the company's products and will continue to be a customer butnot at this location. Read more
I love bruchis, but from now on im avoiding going to this specific one, this is the second time! My turkey sandwich was... literally gross????, also lettuce was missing and not even toasted... smh.. turkey tasted old and gross, and looked brown/pinktoo.. at least I got fries.. :/ Read more
Love the Malibu sandwich my Assistant brought one and it was good. We went in today and the place had a good feel.
WOW! Super surprised how good the food is and how cheap the prices are! My wife & I came in for a quick bite. We split a 12"... Pepper Steak sandwich; I haven't had a cheesesteak sandwich in years and this was really, really great tasting!!!And...and...only $3.50 each for a micro brew!! You'd be hard pressed to find a microbrew in any restaurant for under $6 each! Tosay that I was more than happy with Bruschi's is an understatement! Read more
Had the cheesesteak supreme - absolutely fantastic & the fries were very good too..been awhile since I've had crinkle fries &... they did them to perfection! Highly recommended place for a great cheesesteak & fries! Read more
Food was cooked fresh which I liked. Took me a minute to figure out the menu because I hadn't been there in a while and forgot... the meat part was separate. Fries where served hot and my dinner partner shared that was pretty normal. Only bad thing was thecleanliness, maybe I'm to picky but the table was a little sticky, and the floor. The garbage was also overflowing in thedining area and it's located near the condiments. Read more
You really need to check your food before you drive off. These clowns will charge you for bacon and then won?t give it to you.... Orders are always wrong. It?s really too bad because the food is good. Can?t support this establishment any longer. Read more
