Best restaurant I've been to in a while! So so delicious, fresh, beautiful, refreshing. Excellent service. Make a reservation.... Not huge portions, but certainly sufficient. We'll be back! Read more

Would be 5 BUT.... Scampi shrimp were overdone and chewy.. Mushroom Ravioli was GREAT but.. chopped mushrooms topping them were... cold. Bread sticks and dipping sauce were very good. Great service. Read more

I really enjoyed this restaurant. A friend wanted to come here for her birthday. I had mushroom ravioli and it was lovely and... two glasses of wine. The waitress was great too. It's a very small joint, but that's kinda what I love about it. Extra cuteseating in the front window area. Read more

We found this hidden gem in downtown Pasco, WA this Easter and were fortunate enough to enjoy their brunch. The lamb chops were... cooked perfectly rested on a bed of braised carrots, brussel sprouts, and gnocchi topped with a fried egg. My wife had Belgianwaffles with triple berry. This is exactly what Tri Cities needed is a family owned Trattoria in the most unique part of town.If you're looking for a high end dinner with a warm atmosphere look no further than Caio Trattotia in downtown Pasco and enjoythe best meal you've had in the Tri Cities. Great dinner. Great atmosphere. It?s a small restaurant but very family vibe, opposite of a chain restaurant which is great in... the Tri. Wine selection was small, but high quality. I had the lavender/Prosecco as well as a bottle of red wine. The flatbreadwas good, chicken fettuccini even better. Jalapeño Mac and cheese had plenty of heat! It could have been a little warmer butthe quality of the ingredients was great and and interesting twist on a classic dish. Tiramisu for dessert was very good. It wassubtle on the coffee notes but the texture and flavor was on point and we enjoyed it greatly. It truly is refreshing to find arestaurant in East Pasco spearheading in a direction so different from what one would typically find and doing it in a mannerwhich one would find in a small mom and pop shop in Italy. I hope they can find the reach needed to bring in a consistentclientele and we look forward to coming here more often. Read more
