The majority of the employees are pretty great but the new assistant manager is very rude to customers and other employees. I... have witnessed on numerous occasions of her being very unkind, rude, and belittling. In the years that I have been coming tothis store I have seen a drastic change to the moral and overall happiness of the employees since this new girl has startedworking at this store. I used to enjoy coming to this circle k because of the conversations and all around happy people thatwere working. Until something is done about this I would suggest going to maverick or another store for your daily needs becauseI won't be returning to that store anytime soon! Read more
Why in the world do you not get these gas pumps working. None of them work. If I want to walk into your store I would do that... but I don't want to walk in there to pay for my gas your credit card machine don't work out there. I called to follow up on an application because I was told that they needed people badly, I am new to the area so I figured why... not. The lady told me she has to let me go because my call was breaking up, I attempted to fix it and she only said ?sorry hunyou?re breaking up, gotta let you go bye? and hung up. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They act like customers showing up is a huge inconvenience as if it isn?t a... part of their job and then have the audacity to question the legitimacy of the nicotine products I purchase for MYSELF because Idon?t know the entire science behind the product I was shopping for. Very nice employees and service, I like to take walks from my home in the neighborhood surrounding the store to get a snack. My... only (little) complaint is the employees barely ask if you want a bag or not, usually they give your stuff to you without one. Ifeel they should but it's not a big deal. Read more
I?ve been going to this store faithfully for about 4-5 years conveniently spending my hard earned dollars because I live in this... community. I won?t criticize the whole store because there are great workers there and awesome management. Though lately they?vehired a few ?new employees? who are outright disrespectful and deserve to be terminated.!! Not only are they disrespectful tothe customers but also to other employees.. Ive never been more embarrassed to go inside a store as I am this location. I?m aLicensed Real Estate Agent with great repor with the community. The general manager gave me promission to market my businessthere and every time I go into the store and they are on shift my business cards are shuffled around one moment and missinganother time. Circle k in general sucks but this one takes the cake. If you want an unstocked, dirty store with a couple of lazy gals sharing... memes with each other behind the counter instead of helping check out this is your store!
