Yet again, ordered teriyaki chicken (in person, at the counter, no other customers around) and asked for the sauce on the side,... only to get home and find none in my bag. When I went back to get it, no words spoken, no apology, they just handed over twocontainers of sauce. Shameful. Customer service is clearly dead. Read more
I've gone to this panda express many times over the years, but never again, my chow mein has no flavor and its gray!! My bejing... beef was burnt and my order was 75% incorrect, you guys need to be more mindful of the condition of your food and making sureyou take down the order correctly. Read more
The employee added a full spoon sauce (almost no veggie or meat) to make the container looks full. AND She gave me a broken... plastic bag. The oily sauce run out, ruined my pants, and burned my leg. The manager should take care of this. Read more
