Great Pizza, and games for the kids! Enjoy some delicious pizza and some adult beverages (beer) while your kids go play in the... arcade area. They’ve got big screens with sports playing in the main eating area, and the arcade is in the back where it’snot noisy. The pizza is DELICIOUS. Some of the best in Tri-Cities, surprisingly. And the staff is very friendly and always keepsthe store clean, which goes a long way. There’s also a salad bar, and a mini sports bar. Great place. We’ll be back for morepizza soon! Read more

If busy, it's a chaotic atmosphere, and quality-control obviously suffered. Had a veggie pizza with Canadian bacon, and it was... just plain bad (big chunks of dry white onions). Their crust is thin and more towards crisp than soft. Salad bar was good (leafygreens choices are iceberg and spinach--told manager spinach was gone, and his response was, "yeah, when I can"; stoppedwaiting after three minutes). Read more
One thing I must give them a thumbs up for. CONSISTENCY. Shakeys has been in biz for years and the pizza still tastes like I... remember as a child 50+ years ago . Not the best pizza, but not even close to the worst. Thanks for letting me keep mymemories alive. Read more
Daniel was thee best! He was so friendly, courteous, had a great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. Everyone working there... had a smile on their face. The restaurant was very clean. My husband's first Shakey's experience! We will definitely be comingback whenever we're in town. Not to mention, the pizza and Mojos were excellent! Read more
Overall it’s a great place to go, pizza is delicious, and kids will love it since there are lots of games! The only thing I... deduct one star is because of the waiting time, it’s way too long, it took me more than 40 min to get the chicken wings Iordered, however the pizza is very fast, it’s about 10 minutes. Food tasted good and fresh but sauce was bit sweeter than I expected. Server was really nice. Overall good quality food, service... and experience but bit overpriced. I tried for first time and Highly recommend. Read more
I lived next to Shakey's pizza on court street back in the 70's. That location had a piano. And our neighbor played the piano.... I have always enjoyed ( Loved ) Shakey's pizza!! Best pizza! Brought back some wonderful memories going here. ?????? Read more
