This store needs to learn how to prioritize mobile orders. By the time I arrived to the store, my order was due to be ready.... Instead, I watched multiple people who had walked in after me, and leave with their drink before I had. I ended up having towait an extra 10 minutes. What?s the point of mobile ordering for speed if you have to wait? It would?ve been faster for me towalk in, which absolutely makes no sense. A well maintained Starbucks. They were busy with the drive thru orders with hardly anyone inside ordering. Took about 5... minutes to get my order of Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with no ice. When I got it, it was preshakened with way too much sweetcream. A bit disappointing. Read more
All was good except the employee was baffled I asked her to grind the coffee beans fresh as opposed to buying a pound of pre... ground coffee. She almost seemed annoyed. Other than that, it was an okay experience. Read more
