it was a solid sandwich but the place was so crowded the employees could barely keep up
Just do the mobile orders. They take forever with in store orders yet I saw 4 different mobile orders go through while more and... more people stacked up behind me. If you respect your time just do mobile orders. Either that or they need more staffing. Itshouldn?t take 45 minutes for a singular sub. Read more

Understaffed. These guys are trying there best. Management is failing them. They work hard. Don't mean store manager either.

Went to the court street subway just now. They had three employees working only 1 employee helping customers. There were 3... people in line and 2 cars in drive thru. I have never had to wait as long as I did to get a Subway sandwich. I used to manage 2different Subway locations here in Tri Cities and the quality of service I received tonight was not even close to Subwaystandards. Very disappointment in the service. Read more
