Got my order, but wasn't what I ordered!! I got someone else's order, who's name is Julia. My name is Bonnie!! I ordered 2 soft... taco Supreme's, 1 Beef Mexi-melt, and 1 Burrito Supreme. This review is about the employees rather than the food. I ordered food through the taco bell app for delivery that never showed... up. so i called taco bell to see if they could help me out a little, maybe tell me who picked up the food. but instead i wasjust told i got a notification and they can?t do anything, i said i didn?t get any notifications and they hung up on me. I thencontacted Doordash, who then contacted the same taco bell, and the Doordash customer service was met with being left on hold bythe manager, or so i was told by him. Doordash even tried to redeliver my order but i?m guessing taco bell wouldn?t do that.Also Doordash had informed me they couldn?t do anything about the payment because i ordered through the taco bell app. You wouldthink taco bell would care about where they sent your food off just a little?
