The portions have got so small, I guess to just to accommodate the biggie bags but the burgers are so small nowadays
Store at 2311 N. Court St in Pasco WA was worst experience I?ve had at a Wendy?s. Took 3 minutes for employees to decide who was... going to even acknowledge me, soda machine out of 90% of flavors and store employees running around the store, fighting againsteach other to open/close the the door going into the kitchen and hopping and sliding on the counter to get from dining room intocash register area. Super long wait for super good burgers. Not sure why it always takes so long to get my order here.
My go to Wendy's. I live a good distance from this location and am still willing to travel when I get a Wendy's craving.
SLOW LOCATION. I mean, like the slowest Wendy's you've ever seen. My assumption is that management keeps it way understaffed,... because it's been this way for years and other Wendy's never seem this slow. Food is made well enough and the staff arecourteous and professional. Read more
Went through for lunch on a Sunday. Didn't have to wait very long in the drive thru. When we got to the window the lady was... super friendly and very professional. Because there was a slight delay on our order she upgraded my wife's drink to alarge. Over all she made it a very pleasent experience. Read more
I had to update this review and if I could give it minus Stars I would do that. I do not know how they get away with making... burgers that aren't even edible. Burger King makes a better Burger and that's not saying a lot. I filed a complaints on thisplace because I do not see paying $13 for a meal that is so bad you have to throw it in the trash.
