Very nice restaurant for a casual night! The location is well designed and eating there is nice. There is a self serving beer... station with numerous beers local and imported. Really good food with a great selection of drinks! The tap wall allows you to walk up and scan your card to our whatever drink... you desire? as little or as much as will fit in your glass! Visited 29 July 2022 We planned on going to another restaurant right across the street but apparently they were booked from all... the people visiting for the fair. No big deal. Blast & Brew had a wings and wine special that day (Wednesday) so we tookadvantage of that. We were seated indoors pretty quickly upon entering. Our server, Brenn provided us with the wine/beer cardthen took our orders. We all got wings. Since this is a "choose your own adventure" type of restaurant with regard to the beersand wines, we each went to the wall to select our drinks using the cards we were provided. The beer wall is stocked withnumerous local and domestic craft beers and local wines. I don't remember if anything was imported. What's cool about the wallis each beer or wine gives you a brief description and you can taste something that piques your interest before committing toit. Once we were done deciding on our drinks, we headed back to our table. Shortly after we sat down with our drinks, our wingsarrived. I got a split of garlic and hot wings. All the wings were fairly big but they were cooked just right. They were allnice and crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside, just how I like it. But, of the two flavours, I preferred thegarlic, especially the garlic shreds that were added to the top. This was my second visit here and I would definitely goback. Highly recommend. Read more
Wonderful restaurant to stop in for a light lunch. I ordered Asian Chicken Salad and a hot pretzel. My husband ordered A mixed... green salad with cranberries and candied pecans, and garlic string fries. Service was prompt and the food was excellentlyprepared. Read more
I've been wanting to come here for a while now and now I'm glad I finally stopped in! My son and I came in for some pizza and... we both thought it was pretty tasty. He says he likes how it's not super hot so you can't bite it and the ranch is good.Personally the Wall-O-Beer was my favorite part, it was just so cool! This was the first place I've been to where I can get myown beer when I want and however much I want! Not to mention the MILITARY DISCOUNT IS 15 PERCENT! First time here. Had the blue cheeseburger with garlic fries, the burger was very moist and meaty and the fries were crispy with... a hint of garlic???? We also ordered the chopped salad with grilled chicken, lots of veggies and fresh greens! Wait staff wereall friendly. You have to pour your own beer/wine. While in Paso Robles for business, we stopped in to Blast and Brew for lunch. The staff was friendly, service was prompt and... food was delicious ????. One of the best places in downtown to watch a game. They have TVs all over, and better still they have the sound on for an even... better game watching experience!! Trust me that?s important. There are a few other sports bars in the areas that won?t have tosound on even with the big game on !! We were there over the weekend to watch the soccer World Cup, it was so much fun!
