We ate at this Blaze location on 6/27/22 at about 6:30 pm. It wasn't busy at all. There were 2 other customers there when we... entered. Anyhow, we ordered 3 Build Your Own Pizzas. 2 of the pizzas had super black, burnt crust. I wanted lemonade from theirlemonade machine, but the lemonade was empty. I asked the worker to please make more lemonade, and that I could wait. The workersaid they would not be making anymore lemonade for the rest of the day because she said 'it was too busy". This place is the worst. Placed an online order which said it'd be ready in 20 minutes, arrived in 30 and they had not even... started the order. They also said they did not have pepperoni and two of our pizzas ordered were pepperoni. I tried to cancelthe order and get a refund and was told there was no manager and I'd have to come back the next day...except we are driving fromSan Francisco down to our home two hours further south so I am not coming back tomorrow. I'm a Los Angeles Nutritionist for 25 years so I love the fact that they have gluten free crust and cater to special requests.... The Paso Robles store is a mess. We were up for a big family gathering staying in a hotel near this location. After anexhausting day my daughter ordered from the app using my card and a few hours later we got an ice cold pizza with nothing thatwe ordered on them and everything we did not order. My pizza tasted like someone dumped a jar of salt on it and it had gluten.It had meat that I don't eat and the order was completely wrong as well. It could have been someone else's order. It was aSaturday night around 8:30 to 9 so I'm sure they are busy but come on. We had to leave to go to another place to get food andsince we already had to drive I offered to bring back the bad pizzas to get my card credited of about $43 not including thedelivery service and tip for two personal pizzas. I was told I'd get a credit later that week by the manager and it's now June3rd and no refund. I just took time from work to call and was told the manager is "in the bathroom" and "I don't know what todo" call back. They don't always answer the phone there. The recording says "our restaurants are often busy" go to Blaze.com.Well they won't be busy if you keep losing people like me to bad service and inedible pizzas. I was sent to two other phonenumbers and still no luck. I guess neither Paso or SLO locations have a manager. 2 out of 5 of the kids I spoke to were polite.One female was rude and said he was in the bathroom to call back in 4 minutes. I did and was told there was no manager. Mistakeshappen but make it right. Also if you are CELIAC or have anaphylactic allergies this is not worth taking a chance. It can meanlife or death for some of my patients. My advice is avoid this Blaze if you have food allergies or want to edible food, and ifthey get it wrong go there yourself to check the order and pay. I will not prepay at Blaze again. I?ve been here twice now, it was a great experience both times. The workers were all super nice, helped us immediately. I can... tell they get a lot of complaints about things that aren?t in their control, they definitely deserve more tips. (Just saying!)The pizza itself came out perfectly, and I?m obsessed with this lemonade!! Definitely will be coming here a lot more, this is mynew favorite pizza place. Read more
They?ve messed up my order three times in a row. Someone desperately needs to be fired. Once I tried this place once I started... getting the 11 inch pizzas pretty frequently. But I don?t what has happened. Both times I ordered pizzas in June there wasmissing items and the second time I got 2 pizzas and they literally jumbled the toppings for my both pizzas and it was absurd.Since then I?ve put off going here because that was a big screw up. But today I wanted pizza and thought I?d give another trycuz it?s been about 3 months. But it?s the same old tune. So many missing ingredients. Something needs to change. It keepsfeeling like a waste of money every time they do this. In regards to attached photos, you?ll see there?s no chopped garlic, noarugula, no pesto drizzle. Love how they let you make your own pizza and however much toppings and sauce. Delicious pizza and love their crust.
I love this place. Great prices for a custom pizza. Unlimited fresh toppings, CAULIFLOWER crust, and service with a smile?all I... need. Loving the crust options. I highly recommend the cauliflower crust. The keto crust is a bit too soft for me. I like acrunch. Drink selection and dough knots are also bomb. Will def be back. Read more
Black ash all over bottom of my pizza had to wait a little over 30 min for my pizza also for a cup. Wasn?t busy either only me... and 2 other ladies.
