9/25/22 about 4:30 p.m. The one waitress was awesome! Just one to wait on everyone. She gets 5 stars for staying positive and... constantly moving. Cross train the greeter? Worst Chillis in the world. Plates, glasses all over the counter, 40 mins wait for drinks, employees don?t seem to care, very... unmotivated, uncaring. Food comes out cold like it was made and left to sit on the counter to age?.tables are empty but youcan?t be seated. It?s a mess. Read more
Disappointed. They need to hire more employees or need better management. We just left and had the worst dining experience in a... long time. It took nearly one hour for two kids meals, one Burger and one skirt steak. The patties were so overdone theyliterally had black charring on both sides. The skirt steak was supposed to be medium well and was literally still breathing andmoving on the plate. (due to such a long wait to receive the food, we did not want to send it back and we literally took thesteak to go so we could cook it at home.) The server did a good job. The kids said the chicken nuggets and cheese pizza weregood. As we were walking out, there were tons of annoyed people who had been waiting 20-30 minutes just to be seated and therestaurant was not full. I am baffled by the number of poor reviews. I guess it's true, most people don't bother to review unless they have a complaint.... We have been going to this Chili's location for many years and even post-Covid they continue to amaze us with the quality andservice. A few issues during those many years? A couple, but overall we love this Chili's for food, service and value! Read more
I think they're under new management. Previously, I sat in this place for almost a half hour without any kind of service. The... Boneless Habanero Wings were served cold and had little spice. The Egg Rolls were mediocre, at best. The service here wasconsistently slow, rude, and inefficient. Tonight the service was great and my steak was pretty good. Read more
I get they are short staffed but when you walk in at least acknowledge us. I stood waiting to be seated for almost 20 minutes. ... Just stood there, nobody said anything to me. They could've at least Said we will be with you shortly. Then we get seated, ourwaitress was actually very nice. That's the only reason for the 3 stars. It took forever, I mean forever to get our food. Andwhen I got my food it was nasty. I barely ate 3 bites, and the bread stick was hard as a rock. Honestly I will probably not goback for a while. I don?t expect bathrooms to be clean. Please clean the bathrooms. Looked like it hasn?t been cleaned at all for months. Stains... and marks. Smelled bad. Asked if meat could be cooked longer then medium. Server said that they couldn?t and they get mad ifthey asked. So I just order something different no big issue. Read more
