My family and i got takeout from this Chilis. Food was good but they did not include all the sides. It is frustrating to get... back to eat and find this out. So i call hoping ro at least get some reimbursement for the missing side. But a manager wasneeded to call me back. That never happened. If you decide to do curbside pick up just know no one is coming out. After waiting for about 15 mins, I finally went inside to... get my order. I walk in and a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing, but refuse to acknowledge me. One of themfinally does and asks if I have a to go order. I nod my head yes and he instructs someone to come over give me my order.Everyone disappears and still no one comes out to give me my order. I can see the shelf and there?s names of who?s order theybelong to and I?m able to identify mine. One of the employees that was out front is back there hiding! I grabbed my order andleft, but so many employees not engaged with customers and not one person could hand my order over to me. It had been paid foralready as well! SMH Read more
Awful, I ordered a side of fries because I usually like them. My boyfriend got a full meal with fries, his were fresh and mine... were cold and unbelievably stale. I don?t even want to guess how old they were, they were inedible and where I come from we eatbugs that are better than that. This isn?t the first time either, its been multiple orders of old fries, wasted money andgambles. I?d rather eat the bugs. Read more
Got charged $27 for 2 8 piece bone in wings that was suppose to come with fries. We didn?t get the fries waited about 30 minutes... for the order and it wasn?t from just wings it was chili?s wings. Swindled!!!! Never returning they got enough money from us. Read more
If I would have known my wing order was coming from chillies I would have ordered them from another place. Some cooked for to... way long couple of the other wings (we got two ordered) were cold and looked raw in the middle. Here I thought we got a newwing place in the area, talk about getting duped! This restaurant called ?Just Wings ? is inside a Chili?s restaurant. Had no clue about this when arriving at the location.... Looked all over for a ?Just Wings ? sign. Probably about drove around for twenty minutes. Finally got through to a person andthey told me it was inside the Chili?s restaurant. Finally got someone?s attention although I was in the pickup area standingthere looking stupid for at least 7 minutes. Got my order home and it wasn?t what we ordered. There was zero dipping sauces forthe wings, no napkins or utensils and it was cold. Learn my lesson here. Definitely won?t be using this location here again. I was so excited to get some delicious wings and this place was not it! I ordered wings and was there to pickup in about 10... minutes and my food was COLD to the touch. I ate some fries In the car and they were cold and stale; the boneless wings Ireceived were cold and were old. Very disappointed as I went to the location in flordia and had a wonderful time.
