Last night I ordered 2 Milkshakes, one Eggroll, A Buttery Jack with Fries. The Buttery Jack, had no lettuce as the menu showed,... was VERY flat & dry and appeared by the cheese that it had been sitting for quite some time before it became mine, couldn'tfinish it and had wished I didn't what I did. After one bite of the Eggroll... the same, and just had to throw it in the trash.The fries were okay, but in the end, paid $23.00 and some change for 2 medium milkshakes. The cashier at night, I think her name was Julie or Julissa or something similar anyways she was rude I waited to long for my... food and when I asked her to charge me for a drink she first ignored me then she said ?no you can?t, you have to go to the backof the line? I asked why she said ?it?s to busy you?d have to go to the back of the line? in a rude way, I asked for her name &ignored me then she just walked away from the drive thru window. Read more

Didnt do a good job on my food and every time I get a milk shake there's spaces throughout the whole cup they don't fill the cup... completely like there supposed to do. Ya know smack the cup down lightly so the space in the cup goes away and then fill theshack up past the lid of the drink so there's mostly All shake and a tiny bit of whip cream. And we as in the customers get ourmoneys worth and keep coming back for that excellent customer service. Read more
I only get the sourdough jack and a thick shake when I go ,but... Have always trusted the food quality, ( especially so because... of the one time they had a E- Coli event back in the day ) and since then maintain a very strict policy + procedures for foodhandling purposes So...
