Food was warm but overall they got several items wrong and in drive through too so got home with kids to find wrong things plus... angry kids. Pretty long wait also. Pulled in to the drive thru today at 1130, 3rd in line. After 5 minutes of waiting with no movement of any vehicles, I backed... up and went inside. 3 people working, one at the window appearing completely confused, one tall gentleman working the grill andserving drinks to the 4 parties waiting, and one gal. At one time the gal came to the register, but immediately left to go intothe back. After 4 minutes at the front of the line on a limited time schedule for lunch, I left. The 1st vehicle in line whenI pulled up was still not assisted. You may be short staffed but your employees should have the courtesy to recognize yourcustomers and let them know they are seen and (ideally) how long until they might get service. Don't recommend this place toanyone anymore and that's a shame 'cause for fast food it's decent. Read more
My last 3 experiences with Jack in the Box , have been amongst the worst experiences I have had dealing with fast food . I am... not one to give bad reviews , but 3 of the local (out of the 5) Jack in the Boxes deserve a bad review. The details are tolengthy to put on this . OMG worst fast food experience ever it was 103 degrees outside and even hotter in the restaurant except for the kitchen wich was... ice cold. Only 5 patrons in the restaurant all clearly migrant farm workers just getting of their shift in the fields thestaff were all Latino and sooooo rude and slow and clearly didn't want to help anyone. It took 45 minutes for me to get myorder and at one of the workers walked out of the kitchen and preceded to lock us in the restaurant by slamming the gatedsecurity cage closed and locking the other door so nobody else would come in rude rude rude won't be back Read more
Friendly and clean location. Small seating area but completely adequate. Hooked to the gas station which helps if you need... travel supplies like water and snacks. Read more
This is your standard fast food joint. However, they have the nicest drive thru area I have ever seen. It is surrounded by trees... so you don't have to sit in the hot sun while waiting for your turn. The customer service was good, they are efficient and thefood was good. Read more

Disgusting, absolutely filthy women's bathroom which the employees at both arco and jack in box store refused to clean. Said... would not clean it!!!! I reported it to healthdept. They with said would not do anything about it!!! All need to be Fired!!!at11a m on Sat 3/12/22 with no customers in either store and plenty of staffing!!! Sham e on them!!
