I agree with Evan Schaffer?s review. The staff needs training in customer service. While my finished sandwich lay waiting for... wrapping and check-out, the blonde lady working the counter started asking the next customer in line what he would like on hissandwiches. I said, ?Excuse me, but I?m in a bit of a hurry. Can I please pay for my sandwich and go?? She rolled her eyes andsaid ?I?m doing the best I can.? I asked her not to roll her eyes at me and she started ranting at me. I told her ?never mind?and she continued with the snark as I walked out the door. It?s not rocket science. Never again will I walk into this store. I love Jersey Mikes but this location has put a sour taste in my mouth. The heavy set... lady behind the register needs to find a new job. Cant even put the oil and vinegar into a bag, snaps at everyone, and is justplain mean. I have been here 2 times since moving 3 weeks ago. I felt like I was burdening the lady by making her wrap up mysandwich. Girl making sandwiches in the middle needs to slow down and listen to the customer. She screws up sandwiches and thenlooks at you like its your fault. I dont need to argue about a sandwich, unreal! Always fun to get home with onions on yoursandwich when you are allergic and no oil/vinegar on the side as requested. Thanks! Read more

I felt like I was set up to fight with defensive workers when trying to order and make reasonable requests. The mini bread was... half the size what it is normally, and was sliced unevenly so the bottom half was paper thin. The workers clearly thought mycomments in order to bring that to their attention were out of line , and although they tried to accommodate, they also made aneffort to show how annoyed they were. They proceeded to whisper about me to eachother when they thought I was out of sight. Read more
Best experience I?ve had at any Jersey Mikes. Hayden and Shannon were excellent with customer service and support, very friendly... as well. Maria was incredible. I listened to her interactions before I was served, and an upset customer was more than takencare of by her professionalism. She is also the fastest I?ve ever seen. I had a large order of more than half a dozensandwiches.. she made them all faster, combined, than I?ve seen employees make one sandwich. Very friendly as well. Overallgreat experience. Read more
I?ve been there a few times this year and every experience has been uncomfortable. The workers are very loud, the manager wasn?t... nice to her employees (she also wiped her nose with her hands and the proceeded to handle the register in front of customers)and didn?t look well organized. Read more
