Not every McDonald's is the same , what I mean is the service, the dine in experience and such, well this McDonald's is an... exception! We are frequent McDonald's customers. We ordered food from this restaurant through the McDonald's app. When we got to the... restaurant, they could not find the order. Multiple people worked on it to no avail. I don't think they understand the app. Theywanted us to come inside which we were unable to do. We left without getting our food. Then they charged our account for foodwhich we never received. I will never visit this McDonald's again. Read more
Okay so let?s just say I wanted a quick meal after work. Long day taking care of customers myself and being pregnant as... well(craving I seen on YouTube). Did not like the service we received at all. Managers will try to kick you out of drive thrufor there dam time. We made a mobile order so this should?ve saved you time already. McDonald?s in way bigger cities like LosAngeles way cleaner and better managed as well. All the girls in there are like one big clique( the usual ones you see at aMcDonald?s. Not enough parking space, restroom was dirty with trash can full at 730 am, flies in the restroom and in dining area, dirty... tables, cheese in breakfast burrito was watery (used substitute cheese and not real shredded cheese). No where to eat when you're on the road. I didn't like I was charged for a bottle of water to substitute a drink for the... quarter pounder meal when they could have asked if I wanted bottled water at an additional price, or tap water. The food washot and the bathrooms were busy. They also have self check-in ordering at this location. Read more
This is honestly one of the nicest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. An amazing retro exterior with an amazing updated inside. The... staff were friendly and the ice cream machine was working both times! Bathrooms are very clean. A great stop in Paso Robles. Read more
Just stopped by on our way home from a road trip and this is one of the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to! Happy meal was... ready even before I finished paying, plus they were shouting out completed order numbers really frequently. The staff wasfriendly, questions answered without attitude, food delivered with a smile. Cool retro building with modern inside with tabletsfor the kids to play free games. To the other reviewer who complained about not getting their order through the app, it soundslike it was an issue with the app (which is still pretty glitchy) and from your description it sounded like several employeesdid try to help you. There's plenty of parking if you just drive behind the building and it's right off the 101 with nearby gasstations. Read more
