Waited in drive thru and kept being put on hold so they could take the other drive side order. Kept having to re start my order... just to be put on hold Again after again. Worst service I had at McDonald's on the coast yet. Never got to order. Was left onthe final hold for 5 min while other drive thru side was going. Read more
This is without a doubt my favorite McDonald's out if all. I've never had anything served but hot, not warm,but hot food here.... The employees have always been helpful and polite and the facility itself has always been clean. Read more
Food is very good. A couple of friendly young folks working there. But definitely don't go expecting any ambiance at all.
Still the same. Staff is deplorable. I ordered a breakfast that I thought had pancakes, breakfast came, no pancakes, when I... asked the manager said, " it what you ordered, then turned her back and continued with her activities. Ordered a caramel coffee,not a trace of caramel in it. Instead of offering to let me pay the difference for the pancakes, she ignored me. They depend onyou being gone before you notice shortfalls. Went and ordered regular nuggets and a cheeseburger, my husband ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich with tomato,2 large... fries, and a Big Mac?they gave us spicy nuggets, and two spicy chicken sandwiches, medium fries, and a Big Mac?we were the onlypeople in line so how they messed the entire order up is beyond me. 05/20/2022 Very small McDonald's. Easiest to order through the app while in the lobby, pickup your food and LEAVE immediately!... My order was correct. Signs everywhere stating "No loitering". Signs everywhere stating you can only sit and eat for 30 minutes.Tables were dirty anyhow. Restrooms you need a code to use. There is plenty of parking in the adjacent Wal-Mart parking lot. Nope! Shame on me for giving this place a second shot. This situation was wrong from the moment I pulled up and said the order... number from the screen. Why do I need to repeat it with the actual name and tell you the full order? Then the mic was cracking.Then I was told I would be given my total at the window. I?m not sure what happened but it took a long time to get to the paywindow. When I paid, I wasn?t even given a receipt nor asked if I wanted it. If they were short on paper to print they could?vesaid so right before they took my payment. Okay?your food should be good. NOPE! Got to the window and he was gonna give me thewrong order. Huh? Service was pleasant in the store. Very quick food. Tables were a little dirty. I was the only one in here. The only thing that... was truly horrid was the pin pad for when you pay with EBT was truly disgusting. It looked like it had never been wiped down orsanitized once since mcdonalds started taking EBT. Not even exaggerating. Very unsanitary. Other than that it was okay Read more
