Food selection was much more scare then I would like it to have been. Customer service was mediocre, they kinda leave you... hanging and the meals should have name written on the. So there isn't so much confusion. Employees need to be trained tocommunicate better from start of serving buffet line to cash register if they want it to run smoother and look moreprofessional. This particular restaurant has some of the freshest food I've ever had at a Panda Express.
Same as when I was a kid. Orange chicken is always 5-star and the amount of food given is ways very generous. I ordered on the... app on the way, and it was ready within the 10 mins it took me to get there. Read more
Good food, the only complaint I have is that there website isn't the greatest. Sometimes I go to order something and instead of... just saying it's temporarily unavailable and giving me a time frame of when it will be back, it just gets completely removedfrom the site and doesn't come back for hours and you have to just hope it will be available. I understand that sometimes thereare shortages of certain items but that's not the same as when the bowl is empty and they are cooking more of the item and itwill be available again in a few minutes. Why are you going to completely remove an item from the site and prevent it from beingordered when it will be available in 10 or less minutes? Read more
Worst panda I've been to. Always runs out of food. Chao mein was all cabbage. Mushroom chicken literally had NO chicken just raw... zucchini. I've waited 30 mins on 4 separate occasions for online order. Edit: after I finished posting my review my wifeinformed me that her fried rice was hard and crunchy and the orange chicken was too spicy for her and my kids to eat. The food was hot and fresh, but the restaurant was filthy. Every trash can inside and out overflowing. Floors were nasty. ... Employee walked out, got a drink from the machine, and stood there drinking it and getting refills while there was a line ofcustomers. Not satisfied with the service. Ordering for a party but they want to control how much I order. Requested a tray w half chicken... w green beans and Teriyaki chicken, they said NO because the computer wont let them... My tray didn't look appealing atALL... Very disappointing. Read more
