This is one of my favorite wineries in Paso for so many reasons. First, the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about... wine & welcoming. No pretension, just genuine hospitality. Their owner/winemaker, Dave, is often found in the tasting roomwelcoming guests and chatting about his wines and his story. It’s also stunningly beautiful. Every detail is thought throughso that you’re always enjoying excellent views and feel comfortable and at home. They also have a chef on-site so on weekendsyou can enjoy amazing food and wine pairings (they also have small plates and the Best charcuterie available during theweekdays). This does mean you can’t bring outside food with you, so just don’t make this your lunch stop. There are lots ofgreat wineries nearby that allow you to bring outside food though, then you can enjoy a tasting at Parrish before orafter. Finally, their wine is amazing. Nearly everything they produce is Estate grown here in Paso, and they focus on Bordeauxvarieties, with an emphasis on great Cabernet Sauvignon - though their Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc (& everything really) are alsoexcellent. This place is such a gem in Paso and a must visit whether this is your first time to the area, you’re here all thetime or you’re a local...???? Read more

We didn't drink the wine but stopped in for lunch. It was amazing! I had the gluten free BLTA and my partner had the Philly. We... were referred by another vineyard that didn't have food. Definitely would come back again! The vineyard was beautiful and wecould actually see it from Sirena. I love how the staff are so friendly and have nothing but great things to say about theirneighboring vineyards. It makes it feel like a close knit community. We just love that vibe and hope it continues on. I woulddefinitely come back and try the wine next time. Read more
