Friendly, very busy though. Order was correct and drive thru line is always long. Walk in at this store is just as busy. Might... want to spread your visits to 24th or golden hill, even creston. Just as friendly and not as congested. Creston doesn't seem asbusy by a notch. Read more

Drive-thru is always fast and the service from the employees is always great! All the employees are friendly, say hi to my kids... when they're in the car, and are more than happy to re-make your drink if it's not perfect. Read more

Pickup order was placed 10 minutes out. When we arrived it took another 15 mins although it wasn?t busy. Finally they got 3/4 of... the order out. We kept waiting and finally asked about the last item to which they immediately said, ?oh, we?re out.? We?re theygoing to tell us? No. We opted for another item, which had to be cooked for several minutes. 30 total mins for a pickup order.No refund was offered for the price difference in the missing item. Good grief. Read more

Went through drive through, ordered a couple of drinks, including one to take home to my wife, a caramel macchiato. Get it home,... she informs me that it has no caramel in it and tastes like some weird vanilla flavoring. No big deal, mistakes happen. I drivefive miles back to get it corrected. Other Starbucks have offered me a free drink or something for my trouble when similarthings happen. But no, not this one! I asked the clerk if I could have a free cup of coffee since I had to drive ten milesroundtrip to fix THEIR mistake...no, "You only get what you pay for". Never mind that it probably cost $3-4 in gas to drive backthere. She wasn't budging. Horrible customer service and I won't be going back there. P.S. I know this is small in the grandscheme of things but sheesh, people, use a little common sense. I guess businesses are scraping the bottom of the barrel foremployees. At least the lady that handed me the completed drink was nice and said she hoped my wife liked it. Read more
